DeLorean gull-wing doors are infamous, but more often than not, they do not open or close smoothly. Ranging from a slight clunk to doors that will not shut or open, these can all be sorted to ensure your doors open and close as elegantly as their aesthetics!
Latches and Locks
DeLorean doors are complicated. Unlike most cars, they have two latches, which have to be perfectly synchronised to latch and lock, otherwise they can jam, causing people to get locked in or out. This is obviously inconvenient, but could also pose a safety risk - So if you have any issues with the doors releasing, popping ajar, locking themselves or not unlocking, contact us and we will be happy to fix it.
Window Drop-Glass
DeLoreans only have small opening "Toll" windows and can get very hot inside - especially if the A/C isn't working! Therefore it is vital that the windows operate properly. Common problems include the window not sitting level, popping off the rails, clunking, scraping or not functioning at all. If you have any issues, contact us.
